Quest of Legends instructions

Signing In

To sign in or create an account for Quest of Legends you can either use a Mochi Games account or sign in using Facebook, Twitter or Myspace. Don't worry about the new tab opening - it's all part of the process and you can close it as soon as you are logged in.

Single Player
You can play any of the 15 quests at any time in single player mode. It's definitely worthwhile playing through them in order and to have some of the shop upgrades - especially once you get past the first 4 or 5 quests.

The first quest is a tutorial that teaches you had to play Quest of Legends.

Note: make sure you are happy with your characters inventory set up before going to the lobby.

To start a single player game, click Lobby and then Single. Once the Quest select screen appears click on the quest you want to play and the select the green tick. You will then reach the player select screen, from here you can use the green arrows at the bottom to choose which character you want to play the quest as.

Once you are happy with your selection hit Quest and your chosen quest will begin with the epilogue, select the tick when you're ready to start your adventure.

Multiplayer
In multiplayer mode you can play quests 2 to 15 with two, three or four other players.

Note: make sure you are happy with your characters inventory set up before going to the lobby

To start a multiplayer game select lobby. You can see any open games in the lobby table.

To join an existing open game you will need to make a note of the quest and number of players and then select Public. Once there choose the quest and number of players from the lobby table and select the green tick. You will then be placed into the lobby and, once the required number of players join you will be taken to the character select screen.

To create a new multiplayer game select Public and choose the quest and number of players you want to take part and select the green tick. You will then be placed into the lobby and, once the required number of players join you will be taken to the character select screen.

From the select screen you can use the green arrows at the bottom to choose which character you want to play the quest as.

Once you are happy with your selection hit Quest and your chosen quest will begin once all the other players are ready with the epilogue, select the tick when you're ready to start your adventure.

Inventory
Setting up your character inventory is simple. All characters can carry up to five items into a quest.

If you purchase the backpack from the shop it allows you to carry up to 10 items into a quest.

To put an item into you quest inventory simply find it in your player inventory by clicking on misc, weapons, armour, spells or buffs and click on the item. It will automatically be added to the selected characters quest inventory.

Only the Hunter and Mage can carry and use spells. Both characters get a certain number of free spells each time they embark on a quest. To choose your characters free spells click on 'Free Spells' and then on a ? This should bring up a spell selection screen. From here you can choose your required spells.

Shop
You can purchase numerous items in the shop using the silver you have collected ingame. Items range from buffs to spells to weapons and potions. All of the items within the shop will aid you on your next quest and help your character more powerful.

Silver is hard to come by so if you haven't accumulated enough by playing through the quests you can purchase blocks of silver coins. Select the "Buy Silver" button in the shop or one of the "Silver" buttons on the other screens. Silver purchases are done through Mochi Coins - if you already have a Mochi account with coins in then the process is very simple. If not, simply follow the instructions in the overlay (which will open up a new tab) to purchase Coins.

Might help to tell people that in order to start a game, the RED REPLACE sign must be visible on your character as the deceiving GREEN READY button doesn't indicate that your character is ready. IE. Everyone needs to have clicked the GREEN READY button for the game to activate the quest button.
